Bad TV > Good TV
Andrew was a film student in college, Eva wrote a dissertation on Paraguayan film, and somewhere in between they got together. The Bad Television Show is their love child.
In this era where lots of “television shows” aren’t televised at all, Andrew and Eva found themselves with plenty of critically-acclaimed series to binge watch on Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon. And like any sophisticated consumer of popular culture, they would hear the smart reviews and begin watching Breaking Bad or Orange is the New Black but then find themselves losing steam. In mid-season, these masterpieces were put on hold for truly terrible guilty pleasures such as How I Met Your Mother, Bones, or even The Voice. Night after night the young lovers asked themselves “Why are we watching this shit?” until finally it dawned on them that they should record their conversations in search of an answer in hopes that a wider audience might listen in and finally help them figure it out.
